How can I book a tour?
You can explore all available tours on our Tours page and send us a request through the Custom Tour Request form. Once we receive your message, our team will contact you to confirm availability and details.
What is included in the tour package?
Each tour description lists exactly what’s included. Generally, our tours include a licensed local guide, transportation, and entrance tickets. Accommodation and meals may vary depending on the selected package.
What is the cancellation policy?
Since booking is done through request forms, no payment is taken in advance. You can cancel or modify your tour request at any time before confirmation, without any charge.
Can I create my own tour?
Yes! If you don’t find the perfect tour in our current offer, you can create your own custom itinerary. Simply fill out the Custom Tour Request form and tell us what kind of trip you’d like — we’ll plan everything for you.
Are there any age restrictions for the tour?
Most of our tours are suitable for travelers of all ages. However, some adventure or hiking tours may not be recommended for very young children or travelers with limited mobility. Please check the tour description or ask us directly.
What should I pack for the tour?
We recommend comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle. For mountain or nature tours, light rain gear and warmer layers are advised.
